Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant I in Health Solutions at Aon, you will lead multiple processes and projects within the team to ensure that set SLAs are achieved on aligned deliverables. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the team, managing end-to-end project delivery, as well as providing trainings and logistical support. Collaboration with project owners and team members to ensure effective execution of project activities will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading all project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders, such as timelines, scope changes, and periodic report-outs. Key Responsibilities: - Administer flexible benefits schemes for clients" employees, generating reports on member activity, and responding to queries from members, providers, and clients. - Provide Online Benefits - Claims support by adjudicating claims and ensuring they are processed within the required SLA timeframes. - Learn about clients, systems, and tools to proficiently process and check information. - Support the team based on their needs, achieve individual targets, and share best practices through training. - Identify process issues and drive solutions, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place. - Lead new client implementations, build strong relationships with clients and peers, and maintain required technical knowledge and expertise. - Manage complex processing, support less experienced colleagues, review processing calendars, and collaborate with global teams. - Take ownership of deliverables, manage projects independently, demonstrate flexibility, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Utilize technology tools, apply process knowledge, communicate effectively, and demonstrate project management skills. - Possess proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, solution-oriented approach, and conflict resolution. - Handle client escalations and provide root cause analysis for incidents.
