Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative solutions using Agile methodologies and cloud computing. With a hybrid work model the consultant will leverage their expertise in project management to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the companys growth. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and offers a dynamic day shift environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to meet business objectives.

Oversee project management activities ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Provide expert guidance on best practices in cloud computing and Agile frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

Mentor and support team members in adopting Agile practices.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Agile methodologies and cloud computing.

Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Have a deep understanding of cloud platforms and their applications.

Show proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
