Sr. Construction Lead

As a Project Manager at Mace, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of delivery plans, contributing to strategy implementation, building and managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving the achievement of company objectives for a high-rise residential project in Noida. Your role will involve ensuring effective commercial business practices, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and tangible operational productivity and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Advocate Mace's value of safety first, leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards. - Possess advanced technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio. - Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and prioritize the wellbeing of the people you manage. Client Focus: - Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction aligned with overall vision and objectives. - Manage delivery from project inception to post-completion in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. - Oversee project management on an individual and team basis from inception to post-completion for external/third-party clients. Integrity: - Manage project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable while meeting organizational and legislative compliance obligations. - Support senior stakeholders in influencing the long-term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU). - Make a positive impact for people, clients, and the planet, holding others accountable to Mace values. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or PG in construction planning/management or project management. - Experience leading a team of design managers, MEP managers, planners, commercial managers, and other project stakeholders. - Experience in projects of a similar nature.
