Job Description

As a Community Manager in the Co-working Industry located in Thane (co-working space), with 2-3 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will revolve around Operations & Fit-Out Management. You will act as the liaison between design, construction, and fit-out teams, ensuring that the work aligns with brand specifications and timelines. Tracking fit-out progress and ensuring on-time task completion will be crucial. Your role will also involve preparing new sites for launch, organizing furniture and equipment delivery, and managing project timelines efficiently, addressing any delays that may arise. In addition to fit-out management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of coworking spaces, ensuring they are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Collaborating with vendors to maintain seamless operations and managing supplier relationships for office needs will be part of your operational responsibilities. Fostering Community Engagement & Member Relations will be another key aspect of your role. Creating an engaging and collaborative community atmosphere, planning events to boost member interaction, managing new member onboarding, and resolving member concerns are essential for building strong relationships within the community. As a Team Leader, you will mentor and lead community staff in alignment with company goals. Setting clear expectations, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring effective communication between departments and staff are essential for team development and cohesion. Your role will also involve strategizing and executing successful launches for new sites. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote new locations, planning launch events to attract members, and developing strategies for site launches will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with Marketing & Sales teams is another crucial aspect of the role. Assisting sales teams in promoting coworking spaces, providing tours to potential clients, working with marketing to increase membership and occupancy, and aligning community engagement efforts with sales goals are key components of your collaboration efforts. This is a Full-time, Permanent position offering a CTC of up to 35-50k monthly.,
