Sr. Client Servicing - Creative Agencies

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Creative Advertising / Digital Agency

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who will act as the primary bridge between clients and the creative team. This role demands strong client-handling skills, a clear understanding of creative processes, and the ability to translate client briefs into effective creative outputs. The candidate will manage projects end-to-end—from requirement gathering to creative production and final release—primarily across digital platforms.

• Manage and service key client accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and creative requirements
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with creative, copy, design, digital, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality output
• Oversee the entire creative development lifecycle—from ideation to production to final release
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for value addition

• Strong understanding of digital media formats (social media, performance creatives, banners, videos, landing pages, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of production workflows, timelines, and dependencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital advertising agency
