Job Description

· Oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, including managing contractors, supervising workers, and ensuring project deadlines are met. · Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. · Prepare, review and approve project schedules, budgets, and reports. · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to develop and implement project plans and ensure quality control. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. · Evaluate and recommend building and construction materials, as well as methods and techniques. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Btech) from an accredited university. · At least 5 years of experience in construction industry (Residencial/ Commercial) in Kerala. · Strong project management and supervisory skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in Auto Cad and other construction software is preferred.
