Sr. Civil Site Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Managing resources, including personnel and materials. Overseeing the selection and procurement of materials. Ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets. Technical Oversight: Reviewing and approving technical designs and drawings. Providing technical advice and solutions to problems encountered during construction. Ensuring adherence to engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Conducting site surveys and setting out. Monitoring construction progress and quality. Team Leadership & Coordination: Leading and mentoring junior engineers and other site personnel. Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Implementing and maintaining safety procedures on site. Identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Reporting & Documentation: Preparing project reports, updates, and documentation. Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress. Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
