Job Overview: The Senior Category Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of product listings across all sales channels, including the brand website, e-commerce marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for daily reporting, sales and stock tracking, and assisting in category-level analysis to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Product Listings & Content Management: Ensure timely and accurate product listings across all platforms brand website, e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) to gather necessary assets for listings. Regularly check for listing errors and ensure product information, pricing, and offers are updated correctly. Daily Reporting & Analysis: Prepare morning category and SKU-level sales reports across all channels and share with the Category Manager. Track sales trends, stock positions, and highlight any key deviations. Support in building weekly and monthly category performance reports with actionable insights. Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Check stock availability across all platforms and proactively flag low stocks or stock outs. Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure healthy stock levels. Competition Benchmarking: Track pricing, promotions, and product launches by competitors across platforms. Share regular competition analysis to help in pricing and promotion strategies. Promotions & Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and platform teams to execute planned promotions. Ensure offers and discounts are correctly applied across platforms. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes related to listings, reporting, or stock tracking and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Desired Skills & Experience: 1-3 years of experience in category management, e-commerce operations, or online merchandising. Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) and website CMS platforms. Strong in MS Excel / Google Sheets should be comfortable with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
