As a Campaigns Manager in the dynamic Marketing Services team, you will play a crucial role in executing demand generation and field marketing programs using the marketing automation platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and audience segments within Eloqua. - Ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives, target audience segmentation, and personalization strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop, test, and launch campaigns on time. - Create and optimize HTML emails to meet campaign-specific requirements, ensuring high engagement and deliverability. - Design and manage lead nurture campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption. - Utilize data-driven segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalized marketing initiatives. - Enhance marketing technology tools to improve campaign efficiency and overall performance. - Continuously optimize email marketing efforts through A/B testing, lifecycle management, personalization, and innovative approaches. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Eloqua. - Strong understanding of email marketing, including lead nurturing, campaign automation, and best practices. - Proficiency in UTM/Query string parameters. - Experience integrating marketing automation platforms (like Eloqua) with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with great attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
