Sr Business Specialist

As a Purchase Order and Invoice Processor for global Third Party Vendors, Suppliers, and Candidates at Citigroup, your role involves managing and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices, advising global partners on procedures, creating and maintaining reports, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets. You will be the central point of contact for subject matter expertise and process assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process Purchase Orders and Invoices for global Third Party Vendors, Suppliers, and Candidates - Advise global partners on appropriate procedures and act as a central point of contact for subject matter expertise - Create and maintain reports, monitor inconsistencies in databases or processes - Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - Previous relevant experience preferred - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - High attention to detail - Experience in creating process documentation - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Your educational background should include a Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
