Position: Sr. Business Development Executive (Forex Background Only)

We are urgently hiring a Senior BDE with solid experience in the Forex industry. This is a dual-role position: sales + team handling (1–2 members).

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our premium Forex education programs.
• Lead and manage a small team of junior BDEs.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional post-sale client service and retention.
• Report regularly to senior management and align with growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years in Forex sales or trading education (Mandatory)
• Proven track record in business development & closing deals
• Team handling/mentoring experience (1–2 members)
• Deep understanding of the Forex market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for trading or financial education is a plus
