Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Conduct market research for potential clients and convert them into business Identify and pursue leads through various channels such as walk-ins, cold calling, referrals and digital marketing initiatives Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and brining referral business Arrange business meetings and conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline month on month and keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets Requirements: 1-3 years of experience (Experience in SaaS Sales would be preferred) Bachelors degree in business or a related field Excellent communication with great presentation skills Proven ability to negotiate Ability to self-motivate and work in target driven environment Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or any business related work
