We are seeking experienced, results-driven Business Development Associates to join AAPCs International Sales Team. This role focuses on B2B sales across key global markets, including India, UAE/Gulf, the Philippines, and South Africa.
The ideal candidate will have proven success identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects, and driving deals to close with international clients and partners. This is a high-energy, hunter-oriented position centered on new client acquisition, with up to 25% of time dedicated to account nurturing and growth. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from outreach through closure, consistently exceeding monthly targets while building trusted business relationships.
1. Experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or Medical Coding services.
2. Proficiency in lead generation using LinkedIn, Facebook, and targeted data research.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce.com for pipeline and account management.
4. Experience using Outreach.com for sales engagement and automation.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Teams for client meetings and internal collaboration.
6. Strong LinkedIn networking skills to connect with and engage decision-makers.
7. Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.
Minimum Qualifications and Education: Graduate
