What You’ll Be Doing?
Identify and close new business opportunities in roads & bridges.
Build and maintain strong connections with government bodies, contractors, and developers.Lead tendering, bidding, and contract processes.Create and execute strategic plans to grow market presence.Collaborate with partners, suppliers & internal teams for seamless project delivery.Represent the company at industry events and track emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For
Strong grasp of government tenders and bidding workflows.
An existing network in the roads & bridges sector.Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools & project management software.Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
