Sr Business Analyst LFO IND

Design and develop databases to streamline reporting by structuring reports, gathering data accurately, and conducting ad-hoc analysis. Automate report preparation and ensure data integrity and quality checks. Responsibilities include designing and executing SQL Server Queries, managing data with SSIS Packages, utilizing advanced excel tools, ensuring data integrity and quality, applying analytical skills to optimize solutions, developing report processes and programs, selecting appropriate technology solutions, documenting processes and data definitions, managing own reports/activities, and maintaining SOP's for all tasks and supporting back-up planning. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA, MS Access/SQL Server, logical and analytical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple projects independently, a Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, or a related field, and effective time management and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing reports/dashboards in Power BI, VBA for MS Access and Excel, Sharepoint, and QlikView.
