Sr. Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases, as well as conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess solution options. Your role will also involve mapping current and future state business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements for process modeling and optimization. Additionally, you will support change management initiatives by modeling impact scenarios and facilitating stakeholder engagement. In terms of project coordination, you will be expected to facilitate meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely updates using tools like JIRA. Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, you will escalate blockers and ensure alignment across squads. Maintaining documentation repositories, preparing decks for quarterly reviews and roadmap updates, and communicating findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will also be part of your responsibilities. You will develop test scenarios and scripts for system integration testing, ensuring that testing outcomes align with business expectations. Supporting QA teams in translating requirements into test plans will also be crucial. Your agile involvement will include participating in ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions, along with contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning. This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 12 months. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10 years of experience.,
