Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
· Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing about requirements and submitting as per their comfort.
· Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is placed in minimum turnaround time.
· Updating about screenings, interviews to the consultants and management.
· Negotiating and taking rate conformation before submitting consultants CV to vendors.
· Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback
· Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, tech fetch etc.
· Must be willing to work in Night Shift.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Extensive 5+ Years of experience in the field of IT (US - Staffing)
Expert in Bench Sales including of H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD.· Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Holist of the company on a periodical
basis.
Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them.
