Code Garage is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates, #experienced , to join our sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in developing new #client relationships and maintaining existing ones. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and build a successful career in sales.

Position: Sr. BDE
Location: The Excelsior, Phase 8B Industrial Area, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Experience Level: 1.5+ years

Must have hands on::

• Identifying and engaging with new clients to grow business opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Navigating and managing the full sales cycle
• Researching and analyzing market trends to identify competitive advantages
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consistent effort and follow-up
• Utilizing bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
• Crafting compelling proposals tailored to client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest or proven background in IT sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in proposal writing and delivering client presentations
• Confidence in negotiation
• Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.) is a strong advantage
