Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager at Adsparkx Media, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the field of Performance Marketing or Affiliate Marketing. Your role will involve implementing sales strategies, understanding client goals and needs, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to create customized marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and expectations - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates - Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve - Work closely with internal teams to develop customized marketing strategies aligned with client objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution - Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams and ensure alignment - Monitor offer performance and provide key metric reports to upper management - Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to clients - Identify pipelines for new business growth Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in performance marketing or affiliate marketing - Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, affiliate marketing strategies, and digital advertising channels - Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability Please note that the above role is for a full-time position located in Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana, with 5-8 years of required experience.
