Sr Associate/Manager - BPO-L&D

You will be responsible for overseeing knowledge management for client accounts. Client management is a critical focus area, and team management & governance are integral parts of the core deliverables. You should be comfortable working in all shifts and managing training deliverables and governance for assigned projects in the US and other countries. As an individual contributor, you must be able to lead without authority. Your responsibilities will include maintaining training & account data for projects, ensuring all team trackers are accurately maintained and up-to-date, and working closely with the business for any escalations, RCAs, and training support. You will also be involved in domain & behavioral training facilitation and should be comfortable dealing with a rapidly-evolving work environment. Knowledge in Finance is required for this role.
