Sr Associate Technical Support Delivery Analyst- Talent Acquisition

As a member of the Workday Customer Support Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our customers" success by providing timely and effective solutions to their business-critical issues. Here is a breakdown of what you would be doing throughout your workday: - Handle a queue of support cases, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact - Work on challenging problems, drive change, and implement solutions - Address time-sensitive issues promptly - Establish strong relationships with customers - Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Development to identify solutions or workarounds - Manage existing case load while troubleshooting new issues - Stay updated on new functionality and compliance changes - Maintain necessary certifications and training - Participate in initiatives, councils, and projects - Mentor and coach colleagues - Contribute to our Knowledge Centered Service by creating Knowledge articles - Engage in rostered shifts as part of our 24/7 Global Support shifts Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience with SaaS Enterprise software in a support, implementation, or consulting environment - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels - Basic knowledge or previous experience with Object-Oriented Programming languages - Ability to read and analyze log files - Basic knowledge of SQL syntax - Basic experience with API clients Additional Qualifications: - Ability to support or implement HCM, Talent Acquisition, or Talent solutions - Ability to coordinate multiple teams to address critical issues - Resilience in tight resolution timeframes and conflicting priorities - Experience with building documentation - Previous experience with web service integrations, log analysis, and health monitoring tools is advantageous - Previous experience in writing SQL queries is advantageous In addition, Workday offers a Flexible Work approach that combines in-person and remote work to enhance team connections and productivity.
