Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Taxation to support our Finance & Accounting operations for a US-based client. The role involves working independently during the night shift, managing financial data, preparing tax-related reports, and delivering accurate MIS outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Excel Expertise:

  Hands-on ability with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, and data handling functions.

• MIS & Reporting:

  Create, update, and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.

• Data Analysis:

  Work with large data sets to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and insights.

• US Tax Support:

  Assist in compiling financial data and supporting documents required for tax computations and compliance.

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in

  Advanced Excel

  and

  Taxation

  (US process preferred).
• Prior experience working

  night shifts

  is an advantage.

Technical Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization)
• MIS Operations
• Taxation & Accounting Knowledge
• Understanding of General Ledger Accounting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Immediate joiner or able to join within 30 days
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in US process or taxation workflows preferred
