Sr. Associate- Supply & Advertiser Management

As an Ad Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve managing day-to-day relationships with advertisers (agencies and direct clients) and supply partners (publishers). You will oversee end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and optimization across programmatic platforms. Your responsibilities will include handling onboarding and technical integration for new publishers (domestic & international) and demand partners. Monitoring key performance metrics (eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, IVT) and implementing optimization strategies will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will provide hands-on operational support, including deal setup, tag QA, and issue troubleshooting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (tech, product, analytics) to enhance partner performance and workflow efficiency will be essential. Ensuring compliance with industry standards (MRC, TAG, GDPR/CCPA) and maintaining high inventory quality will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze performance data and share actionable insights to drive revenue growth across supply and demand. Supporting strategic initiatives like new partner acquisition, PMP creation, and product adoption will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, pixels, header bidding, and deal types (PMP, PG, open exchange). - Hands-on experience managing publishers (both domestic & international), including onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Experience working with advertisers and agencies, with knowledge of campaign management and client success best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
