Job Description

Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of QS organization is to provide manual software testing support. A Senior Associate, Quality Services will execute test instructions for one or more features of the product. They will have opportunity to learn changes to the product and gain conceptual understanding of the work flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understand and execute instructions to test one or more device / application features 2. Contribute to training, knowledge sharing sessions on areas they work with the team 3. Handle queries raised by peers and help unblocking when they need help 4. Identify any gaps in operating procedures / task steps and suggest changes 5. Deliver high quality meeting deadlines 6. Ensure compliance and follow all applicable policies for securing confidential information. 7. Learn conceptually the flow of work related to the project 1. About the team

Quality Services (QS) is 1000+ member organization providing manual test services for a wide range of Amazon products and operates out of Chennai, India and Arlington, VA. Test services include regression testing, new feature testing, accessibility testing using diversity workforce, localisation testing to support international marketplace testing and interoperability testing across 1P / 3P devices for services. We support a total of 65+ product teams including Amazon Devices (Alexa Devices, Health & we'llness, Ring etc ), Consumer apps and services (Audible, Delivery Apps, etc ), AWS (WorkDocs, Chime etc ), Advertising Engineering (Kindle Special Offer, IMDb TV etc ) and Amazon Video and Studios. Experience in problem solving and data analytics Experience in mentoring junior fice or business team members Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
