Sr Associate-Patent Preparation

As an Associate Patent Preparation, your primary responsibility will be to draft patent applications for the clients" patent portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess a B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Being a registered patent agent or having an LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputable law school would be a plus. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in preparing patent applications and a thorough understanding of US patent laws. Knowledge of EP and India laws is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and analytical skills. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines is crucial. You should also be adept at juggling multiple tasks and collaborating with global teams. Key responsibilities include drafting US provisional/non-provisional patent applications, understanding invention disclosures, preparing claims and descriptions, and supporting senior team members in their day-to-day activities.
