Job Description

As a Senior HR Associate at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions to ensure alignment with the company's goals and compliance with regulations. Your key duties will include managing recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, overseeing employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management, administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, supporting employee development through training and career planning, analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making, and collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with a solid background in HR practices and procedures. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, while a Master's degree in HR, MBA with an HR focus, or related fields is preferred. Key skills that are mandatory for this role include strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities, in-depth knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and talent management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, and strategic thinking to align HR strategies with business goals.
