Sr Area Sales Manager (Eyecare)

As a Senior ASM (1st Line Manager) for Eye Care therapy at a global pharmaceutical company in Chennai, your role involves: - Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging key accounts and opinion leaders. - Driving sales across the assigned territory. - Demonstrating disease state and product competency to educate healthcare professionals effectively. - Developing and executing strategic business plans to support account growth. - Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and marketing teams to drive business results. - Analyzing sales data and market trends to refine strategy and maximize impact. - Providing reimbursement and coding support to laboratories and clinical partners. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and credentialing requirements.
