Sr. Architect (Revit Expertise)

About Us:
We are a design-driven firm specializing in innovative and functional F&B (Food & Beverage) and Retail interior spaces. We are looking for a talented Architect with 5–6 years of experience and strong Revit proficiency to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts and producing detailed drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should have experience working on interior design projects, with a focus on accurate, well-coordinated documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional design concepts for F&B and Retail interiors in line with brand identity and client preferences.
• Efficiently plan interior spaces to optimize user experience and meet applicable building codes.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to communicate design intent.
• Manage and maintain Revit-based models for coordination with consultants and across disciplines.
• Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, including layouts, joinery details, RCPs, lighting layouts, and finishes schedules.
• Collaborate closely with clients, design leads, and consultants to ensure clarity and coordination throughout all project phases.
• Incorporate client feedback and resolve design issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all design outputs align with project timelines, budget considerations, and technical standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies in the F&B and Retail sectors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for design and documentation.
• Solid understanding of interior detailing, materials, and joinery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver accurate, coordinated drawings.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
• Prior experience in F&B or Retail interior projects is an advantage.
