As a qualified Architect (B.Arch) with 1 Year+ experience, you should have a thorough knowledge of design, approval drawings, working drawings, DC rules & Liaison process for obtaining approvals in Mumbai. It is important for you to be aware of different DC regulations and premium calculations. Your analytical skills will be essential for reviewing & analyzing the development potential in a project. Proficiency in Autocad is a must, along with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients. You should also be able to handle multiple types of assignments simultaneously. A post-graduation degree would be an added advantage.
