As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for master planning, schematic design, clinical and non-clinical area planning. You will also be involved in the design and verification of various types of drawings at different stages of the project. It is essential to have knowledge of various D.C. regulations, design standards, and building codes. Additionally, you will assist in signage and branding design, green building design, and standardization of documents and drawings. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and front leader for driving projects meticulously from the pre-construction stage through the entire project life cycle. This will involve coordinating with clients, various consultants, vendors, statutory bodies, and the project team until completion and handover. The ideal candidate should have completed at least one hospital project.
