Sr. Architect

• Lead the architectural design process, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration.
• Direct and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and client goals.
• Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts that integrate form, function, and sustainability.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and drafters.
• Review and approve drawings, models, renderings, and material specifications.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, and inspections during construction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering consultants (MEP, structural, civil) and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, building technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
