Sr. Architect

Job Description

• Experience in Residential & Commercial projects.
• Should be able to handle the clients and make AutoCad drawings, mood board etc.
• Make presentation for clients for their selections and be able to understand their mindset/needs.
• Manage entire design & architect team to drive project to achieve best design outcomes.
• Understand Client Requirement
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• supervise Project Execution
• work closely with designer, decorators & contractors,
• Work with our team of design, convert the designs into technical plans, site supervision knowledge is preferable, drafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specification and calculating material using AutoCad Software.
• Understand the requirement of client in design
• In-depth furniture knowledge modular kitchen/modular wardrobe
• Design per client expectation and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in interior design
• Strong Knowledge in AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, V-ray & Others
• Creative Talent, Imagination & Eye for Design
• Communication, Presentation & Project Management Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
