Sr. Application Developer (IC3)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using

  Angular, React, and JavaScript

  (Front End) and

  Node.js, Flow Designers, and custom scripts

  (Back End).
• Design and implement

  API integrations

  ,

  Middleware Architecture

  , and build/deploy automation frameworks.
• Create, test, and deploy code using

  Automation and CI/CD pipelines

  (Selenium, Java, Jenkins, Git).
• Conduct system analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions.
• Evaluate, document, and enhance existing systems and processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, process mapping, and proof-of-concept (POC) development for new technologies.
• Ensure alignment with engineering and product management teams on roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, documentation, and internal training.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of experience as a

  Full Stack Developer

  or Application Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Angular, React, JavaScript, and Node.js

  .
• Proficiency in building and consuming

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Automation tools

  (Selenium, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with scripting languages:

  JavaScript

  .
• Good understanding of

  Middleware applications

  ,

  containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  , and

  orchestration tools

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Education

• Bachelors Degree in

  Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
