UnitedLex India Private Limited (Erstwhile iRunway) is a data and professional services company that focuses on delivering value to high-performing law firms and corporate legal departments. The company specializes in areas such as litigation, investigations, intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and legal operations. As a Sr. Analyst supporting the Solutions & Sales Operations team at UnitedLex, your role is crucial in providing strategy and process support to the sales, account management, and marketing functions. You will primarily focus on Solutions support for RFPs and Security Assessments, as well as Sales Operations support for Salesforce CRM and its applications. Your responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales and Marketing to ensure efficient sales processes and data management. You will assist users in navigating the sales process through technology and predefined processes, while also contributing to system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data management. In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team, account managers, and marketing team as internal stakeholders to support revenue generation. Your ability to understand our services, teams, and sales operations activities is essential for driving business success. Key Responsibilities: - Managing robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance - Leading multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met - Conducting Salesforce Administration tasks such as onboarding, training, and troubleshooting integrations - Providing adequate training materials and documentation for new and existing users - Building positive relationships with stakeholders and internal customers - Ensuring high accuracy and on-time delivery in client systems and processes - Maintaining compliance with contractual agreements and information protection protocols - Continuously improving processes, efficiencies, and quality Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of legal services, technology, and processes - Technology acumen with the ability to learn new technologies independently - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or eDiscovery support - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing organizational needs - Experience working in cross-matrixed teams and geographically dispersed organizations - Proficiency in M365 Office tools - Salesforce.com Admin Certification and Admin Certification 2 (preferred) - Comfortable with flexible working hours to support EST US time zone For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy at UnitedLex: [UnitedLex Privacy Policy](https://unitedlex.com/privacy-policy/),
