As a Sr. Analyst supporting the Solutions & Sales Operations team at UnitedLex, your role is crucial in providing strategy and process support to the sales, account management, and marketing functions. You will primarily focus on Solutions support for RFPs and Security Assessments, as well as Sales Operations support for Salesforce CRM and its applications. Your responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales and Marketing to ensure efficient sales processes and data management. You will assist users in navigating the sales process through technology and predefined processes, while also contributing to system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data management. In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team, account managers, and marketing team as internal stakeholders to support revenue generation. Your ability to understand our services, teams, and sales operations activities is essential for driving business success.
