Sr Analyst Procurement

As the Global Operational Back-Office Support Team Manager at PaCE, your role is crucial in efficiently managing the team to deliver various services and support functions. Your primary responsibilities include: - Delivering service catalogue workload such as supplier administration, contract administration, sourcing support, travel mailbox management, project intake in Ariba, and standard reporting within agreed SLAs - Providing procurement helpdesk services by resolving system and supplier administration issues, as well as addressing travel and expenses queries in a timely manner - Participating in continuous training to enhance service provision - Managing supplier set-up processes including sustainability and risk assessments - Assisting in basic administration of procurement systems - Maintaining the IHG contract database through accurate data entry and upkeep - Supporting ad-hoc projects and data consolidation requests - Offering suggestions for service improvements and more effective delivery to drive continuous improvement - Escalating issues to the Manager Procurement Excellence Operations - Ensuring correct use and compliance of IHG ticketing system by publishing regular performance metrics Key Skills & Experiences required for this role: - Corporate experience in a call center or as a junior office support team member, preferably in Procurement with Ariba knowledge as an added advantage - College or 6th Form education background preferred - Ability to clearly explain processes and empathize with users - Experience working under deadlines and SLAs - Team player with good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel - Strong communication and email writing skills If you believe you possess most of the qualifications and experience outlined above, we encourage you to hit the "Apply" button and start your journey with us today.,
