Sr Analyst Procurement

**Job Description** You will be responsible for efficiently managing PaCEs global, operational, back-office support team. Your key accountabilities will include: - Delivering service catalogue workload, such as supplier administration, contract administration, sourcing support, travel mailbox, project intake in Ariba, and standard reporting while meeting agreed SLAs - Providing procurement helpdesk services by resolving system/supplier administration and travel/expenses queries in line with SLAs - Participating in ongoing training for service provision - Managing supplier set-up processes including sustainability and risk assessments - Supporting in basic administration of procurement systems - Maintaining IHG contract database through accurate data entry and upkeep - Assisting in ad-hoc projects or data consolidation requests - Offering suggestions for service improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives - Escalating issues to Manager Procurement Excellence Operations - Ensuring correct use of and compliance to IHG ticketing system by publishing regular performance metrics Your key skills and experiences should include: - Corporate experience in a call center or as a junior office support team member, preferably in Procurement with Ariba knowledge as an added advantage - College or 6th Form education preferred - Ability to clearly explain things to users and empathize with them - Experience working to deadlines and SLAs - Teamwork experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong communication and email writing skills If you don't meet every single requirement but believe you are a great fit for the job, hit the "Apply" button to start your journey with us today.,
