Sr. Analyst - GSS Support

As a Procurement Analyst at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be an integral part of the global indirect procurement Category Managers team, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support. Your role will involve aiding in the development and execution of sourcing strategies, RFx activities, savings tracking, and supplier management across various categories. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with Category Managers and regional leads to execute global and regional category strategies, supporting sourcing execution through RFx creation, bid analysis, and contract coordination, performing cost benchmarking and scenario analysis, as well as monitoring and reporting on category KPIs and cost savings. Additionally, you will ensure accuracy of savings, compliance, and supplier data in internal systems, develop executive-level summaries from sourcing analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing processes and resolve issues. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably focusing on indirect spend categories like IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, or Professional Services. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, experience with sourcing tools, excellent negotiation abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to form effective working relationships across geographies and functions are essential. You should also possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, solid business judgment, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your interactions will primarily be with cross-functional stakeholders internally and, if applicable, with the indirect supplier base externally. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering savings reporting, managing projects in the GSS PM tool, and leveraging sourcing technology in the procurement process.
