Sr Analyst, Global Investigations

Role Overview: As a Fraud Response Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating responses to fraud attacks and driving effective mitigation efforts in collaboration with teams across the enterprise. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of incidents from intake to resolution, conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes, evaluate remediation strategies, and advocate for long-term risk mitigation opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining incident records and delivering clear and effective communications to technical and non-technical experts, as well as senior leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sensitive and high-risk investigations, including conducting interviews with witnesses - Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses to identify opportunities for mitigating risks to the company and its customers - Deliver presentations and briefings on investigative findings and root cause analysis - Manage a case portfolio with a focus on timely resolution of end-to-end investigations - Develop and maintain familiarity with company products, services, and related data - Build strong relationships with key partners and senior leaders - Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders as required - Maintain technical proficiency with various investigative tools and techniques - Shape and execute comprehensive investigations to identify complex fraud patterns, trends, and typologies affecting the company and its global user community - Communicate findings clearly and accurately to leadership at all levels - Drive investigations to timely conclusions following a thorough analysis of information across multiple platforms and jurisdictions - Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses considering policy and product opportunities and clearly identify contributing factors Qualification Required: - 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience Additional Details: The company values Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness, which guide its operations on a daily basis.
