This role will beresponsible for leveraging data to provide insights that support strategic HRdecisions, improve employee experience, and optimize workforce planning. Theideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in datavisualization tools, and a passion for transforming HR data into actionableintelligence.Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, surveys). Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and performance. Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies through predictive analytics.
