Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct credit analysis, appraisals, and due diligence on commercial loan applications.
Review financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions to assess borrower creditworthiness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan processing and servicing.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and maintain compliance throughout the lending process.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in commercial lending/underwriting or a related field (NBFC).
Strong understanding of commercial property finance, including mortgages, loans against properties, and other secured loans.
Proficiency in credit evaluation, credit underwriting, collateral management, loan processing, loan operations, lending operations, loan servicing.
