As a Fund Raising Manager at our company, your role will involve leading fundraising initiatives for real estate projects and portfolios. You will be responsible for sourcing capital from various sources such as HNIs, family offices, PE funds, NBFCs, and institutional investors. Managing the entire fundraising lifecycle from lead generation to closure will be a key part of your job. Building and nurturing strong relationships with investors and channel partners, conducting investor meetings, site visits, and roadshows, as well as supporting deal structuring and negotiating terms with finance and legal teams will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be preparing pitch decks, IMs, and investment proposals that highlight returns and exit strategies. Tracking real estate market trends, pricing, absorption, and investor sentiment will also fall under your purview.
