Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. Admission Counselor. The Sr. Admission Counselor will oversee day-to-day admission processes, guide prospective students through admission requirements, provide outstanding customer service, and support marketing and sales initiatives. The individual will act as a liaison between academic departments and students to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Sales skills
• Understanding of the Education domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
