Sr. Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview: As a Sr Executive-AR (Finance) at HSR, Bangalore, you will be responsible for revenue accounting, maintaining agreement tracker, preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate recording of costs, managing fund utilization, and supporting audits. Your role will involve preparing P&L schedules, analyzing variances, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue accounting as per policy, reconciliation with reports, books, and Tax GL. - Maintaining agreement tracker for validations. - Reviewing and providing MIS on daily balances for fund transfers. - Ensuring accurate recording of direct costs and rationalization. - Accurately accounting for collections and fund utilization. - Preparing monthly P&L schedules, annexures, prepaid, and provision entries. - Analyzing debtors and sales, as well as creditors and purchases. - Conducting Monthly GM and variance analysis at SKU level. - Accurate accounting of TDS and TCS, including compliance with relevant sections. - Performing debtors ageing analysis and closing aged balances. - Reconciling debtors and creditors on a timely basis. - Providing support for Internal, Statutory, and tax audits. - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Month-end closure of books. Qualification Required: - For Executive: BCOM with 2-3 years of experience. - For Sr Executive: BCOM + MBA/Inter with 4-5 years of experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting/statutory compliance. - In-depth knowledge of TDS (section-wise), GST, and Income Tax regulations. - Strong understanding of general accounting principles and book-keeping. - Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, or ERP systems. - Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables). - B.com/M.com with minimum 2-4 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
