Sr. Accounts Receivable Executive

As a Sr Executive-AR (Finance) at the company located in HSR, Bangalore with a CTC of 6-7 LPA, you will be expected to join immediately and possess experience in Accounts Receivable at CA Firms with a Smart Personality. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue accounting in compliance with policies, reconciliation with reports, books, and Tax GL. - Maintaining an agreement tracker for validations. - Reviewing and providing MIS on daily balances for fund transfer recommendations. - Ensuring accurate recording of direct costs and rationalization. - Accurate accounting of collections and fund utilization. - Preparation of monthly P&L schedules, annexures, prepaid, and provision entries with cost provision details/reconciliation. - Preparing debtors and sales walk, creditors and purchase walk, Monthly GM, and variance analysis @ SKU level. - Accurate accounting of TDS and TCS, including compliance of 194 O/194Q/206. - Debtors aging analysis and closure of aged balances. - Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation on a timely basis. - Supporting Internal, Statutory, and tax Audit. - Coordinating with internal and external users. - Month-end closure of books. Qualifications: - For Executive: BCOM with 2-3 years of experience. - For Sr Executive: BCOM + MBA/Inter with 4-5 years of experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting/statutory compliance. - In-depth knowledge of TDS (section-wise), GST, and Income Tax regulations. - Strong understanding of general accounting principles and book-keeping. - Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, or ERP systems. - Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - B.com/M.com with a minimum of 2-4 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
