Sr. Accounts Associate

You will be a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Account Associate supporting finance operations at VNC Global. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring tax compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports. Your role is crucial in maintaining financial integrity and assisting clients in decision-making. Your key responsibilities will be maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, reconciling various balances, preparing financial reports, staying updated with tax laws, completing tasks error-free and on time, suggesting process improvements, and supporting the team when needed. Key skills and competencies required for this role include a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance processes, hands-on experience with Xero, attention to detail, effective time management, and good communication skills. You should also be adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications necessary for this position are a B.Com degree, while an M.Com or MBA in Finance is preferred. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of your accounting tasks, adherence to statutory deadlines, client satisfaction and issue resolution, and your contribution to team learning and process efficiency.,
