Sr. Accounts Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring month-end analysis for JV Rent Rolls & Commercial Leasing Analysis, performing system reconciliation activities, conducting variance analysis, and effectively managing research, resolution, and follow-ups for closure of open items. Additionally, you will be performing research related to queries raised by clients, auditors, etc., and assisting with preparing timely responses. You will also be consolidating data in a timely manner for Reporting period presentation, providing Stateside partners and the leadership team with status updates on work progress, demonstrating strong problem-solving ability, and being flexible to work in US shift timings.
