Sr. Accountant

You will be responsible for various accounting activities including managing Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, preparing and posting Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End journals, assisting in Audit, Budgeting, and Forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, supporting other assigned finance and reporting duties. For Senior Accountant role, you will also review journal entries, lead close activities, mentor juniors, and handle complex reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Intercompany transactions and reconciliations - Prepare and post Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End journals - Assist in Audit, Budgeting, and Forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies - Support other assigned finance and reporting duties - For Senior Accountant: Review journal entries, lead close activities, mentor juniors, and handle complex reconciliations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger required Skills Required: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel mandatory) - Ability to learn multiple software applications - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with ERP/accounting systems The company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
