As an Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining daily books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This includes recording and managing sales transactions, such as invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation of accounts receivable. You will accurately process and classify purchase invoices, ensuring proper allocation of expenses. Additionally, you will reconcile inter-company transactions to ensure consistency across entities. Your role will also involve supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements. You will be expected to conduct variance analysis and report any discrepancies in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics. Collaboration with other departments to collect and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes is a key part of this position.
