Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager from the NBFC sector to handle client account management, loan reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in NBFC accounting, client relationship management, and compliance with RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle end-to-end accounting operations — journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, disbursal, and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with NBFC and RBI norms in all financial activities.
• Monitor receivables, assist in collections and recovery follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and handle client queries effectively.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work periodically.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the NBFC or financial services industry (mandatory).
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of NBFC operations, loan management, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
